Maxim Textile Technology
The Maxim Textile Technology fabric catalogue sought to showcase the innovative processes behind the crafting of each new fabric.
We approached this catalogue through a tactile concept. Each page featured a die-cut motif framing a swatch of fabric, allowing readers to see and feel both front and back weaves.
To support its interactive quality, half-Canadian binding with brass wire allowed pages to lie flat while appearing finished and refined. This design was a finalist at the Spark Design & Architecture Awards 2009, the Singapore Design Awards 2004, and The Conqueror Awards 2004.
